AWA Solutions ("we", "us") is a trading name of Wajid Bashir, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for this website. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you contact us, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, primarily when you email us. This may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
When you visit this website, your browser also sends technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) to the services that deliver the site, listed below.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves, to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not use any other cookies or tracking technologies on this website.
Cloudflare is covered by the UK-US Data Bridge and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Google participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the relevant personal information. Hostinger stores data in the EU, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process email correspondence on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you have directly initiated), or, where a business relationship is formed, on the basis of contract. Hosting, security, fonts, code libraries and cookie-free analytics are based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and understanding overall visitor numbers.
We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to manage the relevant enquiry or relationship, or as required by law.
Under UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

We acknowledge receipt within 30 days, take appropriate steps to investigate without undue delay, keep you informed, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
