These terms govern any engagement with AWA Solutions ("we", "us"), a UK-based operator providing technology solutions and international procurement and sourcing services. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.
We provide practical IT and technology delivery, and direct sourcing and procurement of manufactured goods from overseas suppliers. Where agreed, we may also assist with product development from concept through to delivery.
Order volumes, specifications, lead times, and pricing for sourced goods are agreed on a project-by-project basis directly with you before work begins. As sourcing involves third-party manufacturers, exact timescales cannot always be guaranteed and will be communicated as clearly as possible.
Where we assist with concept, design, or production stages, delivery is arranged where possible but is dependent on the manufacturing and logistics partners involved in a given project. We will be upfront about what can and cannot be arranged for a specific product.
We take reasonable care in all engagements. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or issues arising from third-party manufacturers, carriers, or suppliers outside our direct control.
Payment terms are agreed individually per engagement prior to commencement of work.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
